How I Started:
I have been training off and on since I was 20. I stopped for awhile and had a heart attack in 12-2005. I just started a back.
Why I Love It:
I like being the biggest KID on the block.
How I Stay Motivated:
The love and affection of family, friends, and fans. And the chase of training. Men and women throughout history have given efforts that have changed their families, communities, religions, governments and the world. I have no right none to live as a coward, fool, or lazy effortless person, I dare not! What we do in life echoes in eternity.
It is hard trying to get into training and logging into the site. I am taking tae kwon do and trying to train. Getting mail and support helps. Next time.
