I got started, not sure where this was going to take me. I'm still not sure. But my hope is to have more then a better body, it is to have a kinder, softer, heart!!!!!! For it is the inside, that makes the true person. Not the outside.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy seeing how every one is doing.
I see the kindness in others words, and I like knowing, I am not alone.
How great to see, everyone working toward the same goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am not getting any younger, and I can see the years slowly catching up with me.
I would like to be around to see my great grandchildren! My family keeps me on track.
Dropping 12 pounhds has given me the motivation to go the extra mile.
In His power, I pray I will be able to not only meet my goal, but want more for myself, and for my whole being.
BB Accomplishments:
To lose 30 pounds. I am not looking to get back to the day when I was 20, but just to breath better, would do a lot for me.
Well, I'm almost there, just three more pounds to go.
I am beginning to see a change in more then my body, I'm beginning to see, a happier me.
So now, the NEW goal, is another twenty pounds.

Goal (Long):
To work toward, not only a better body, but a better Mind, Soul, and Heart!!!
To work toward a new me, from the inside out, just as well as from the outside in!!!
It is what is going to be remembered in the end!!!
What we look like, will not hold a candle to who we are!!!!!
