Hey Deb, what worked for me is high reps leg raises, reverse crunch, seated twists (with a bar), hanging knee raises, side bends (5-15#), seated knee ups, hip thrusts and pikes with an ab roller. I went from no abs showing to ripped abs in about 4-5 weeks. Diet is alos key to show them so I added lots of cardio. I was doing 1110 reps the last 2 weeks before my show. HAve a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Let me know if I can give you more specific help.
