I was overall unhappy with my physical apperance. I wanted to live healthier and look better
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of self-development. When I feel sore it pumps my motivation level way up because I know it means improvement. It also feels great when my wife compliments me and rips off my clothes.

Seeing my development gets me stoked.

I dropped from 217lbs. to 181 lbs. and then decided it was time to gain. I think I have progressed nicely with quality gain.

Hey, no I am a civilian contractor. Did the firefighting thing for a couple of years here and now am over here as a fire inspector for Task Force SAFE. It's been in all the papers and on CNN.
