Background

When I Started: Feb 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I actually been working out off and on since June of 2003 when i first moved to Virginia but since Feb. of 2009 i have gotten pretty serious about it.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It makes me feel great and most of the time it is a release from personal issues that i go through.
