Thursday: Quads and Hamstrings
Friday: Arms, Abs and Calves
I am undertaking a daunting mass routine but I think you have to go big to get big. This is challenging and will push me to the limit. Reps will be in the range from 15 to 6 with intensity boosters and sets to failure. I imagine rest-pause will be my friend. The journey begins Memorial Day!
