Started watching my Mom when I was four years old and tried to keep up (that was back when kids didn't realize that exercise was work...to them it's just play).

A look in the mirror is usually enough motivation, as my husband drags me to the gym.

Keeping the Genetic Family Monster from attacking. (Family history of obesity scares me to death!)

Well, I survived the rollercoaster of my husband's contest and prep. I decided to do his diet, and he went from to 220 down to 180. I, on the otherhand, gained 10 pounds! It's sooo not fair! I do tons of cardio, eat right, and still I'm fatter than I've EVER been in my life! I've tried...
Nice seeing all of you guys too! Yes Dr Joe writes very well so you can understand how your body works and why you need to feed it a certain way to progress towards your goals.

We are doing great! Kevin is getting ready for a show the end of march and me this sept after our show. We just keep ourselves soooo busy most of the time.
Thank! You and the Lynx is great too! What type of work do you do? I do a alot of wildlife rehab. When I let that coon and his brother go I cried like a baby! They were #27 and #28 but they were really special!
