i am just trying to find some advice to get bigger arms. it seems like no matter how much i lift or how much i weigh i am still strapped with tooth picks on my shoulders. help
hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!

I am good ....my goal is losing body fat and getting ripped , so the numbers ...I dunno until I get tested again ...but visually I am coming along starting to see increased chest mass and striations down the middle . the flat spot between the pecs is filling in ...abs are starting to show a little .. they are just below the surface. a new pic or two soon . hope your well man
