Decided it was now or never. Was getting very overweight and decided that I didn't want to have health problems early in life.
Why I Love It:
I saw some pretty amazing results quickly and it has just gone from there. It has made me more confidant in my physical appearance, as well as confidence to be able to set and achieve goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
I made it an inseparable part of my life. I plan a career in a demanding field and I know staying physically fit with keep my on the top of my game.
BB Accomplishments:
Topped out at a soft 299 lbs in 2004. Now down to a fairly lean, muscular 210.
I want to put on lean muscle and transform by body from where I am now (210 lbs, 19%) to a much leaner 220 lbs. My long term goal is to keep around this weight and a 11-12% body fat for as long as I can.
X Sport is nice, a much larger weight area than the Lifetime I was going to before that. It doesn't seem as busy as the Gold's was when I checked it out a few years back.
I actually go to the X Sport Fitness that just opened up the road, at least for another couple weeks. I moved out past Manassas and now workout in my basement.
That tat is quite fitting. Witches can raise all the storms they want...it's your success (in the gym and otherwise) that matters. I considered "Fair is foul and foul is fair" for myself. Macbeth kicks ass, al
I like atrophex because it makes me feel calm. I think Lipo 6 kind of made me jittery and sweaty. Atrophex feels different, although, I take 2 inthe am and 1 at lunch, because it feels like it wears off faster. I just like it because it takes the edge off my anxiety
