My nutrition program is old school- a lot of chicken; either chicken breast or baked ,rice, the occasional steak and fruit.
The food choices are very limited being deployed to Afghanistan so i keep it basic. I normalyl stay away from the fried foods but if there is absolutely nothing to eat; then it's the occasional pizza.
