How I Started: Decided to get into the gym to lose weight, I'd gotten up to 34" waist and decided that was it.
Why I Love It: I feel great afterwards, and I know I'm extending my longevity by keeping my body healthy. Getting fit gives me a huge boost of self-confidence.
How I Stay Motivated: Change up workouts periodically, alter my diet to keep it interesting
BB Accomplishments: Lost 35 lbs by working out/eating low calorie, low-fat diet. Went from doing 60 lb lat pulldowns to 175 lbs.

yes it's possible. i do not work in the finess industry at all. i am a computer geek, full time. results can very from person to person it simply depends on the commitment. i have been in the gym at 4:30am every morning, 6 days a week for the past 6 months. my diet is clean 90% of the time, and i lift like a deranged animal...LOL. while it has been one of the hardest things ive done, it has also been the most rewarding...

well, if you follow the advice of mainstream hardcore BB'ing most will say that you cannot lose weight and gain lean mass at the same time. I AM proof you can. In 4 months I lost 20lbs, gaining an inch in my arms, chest and OVEr an inch in my quads.... It CAN BE done, you just have to be willing to WORK YOUR ASS OFF!!
