What's good DCA? I have not talked to you since I first began my fitness journey (Feb.) Hope all is well. I am make some progress and I am proud of how far I have come in such a short time. Still trying to get to where you are.

I'll be looking forward to the end result, Big D :) Are you planning on doing a progress series? Can I lobby for one? LOL Frankly, I think you're a winner with the shape you're in right now .... no need to compete to prove it ... however I'm rootin' for ya. :)
Can't do squats?? Hip or back issues? I've ambivalent on that exercise. When the weight is light 'cuz the person's a whimp (Like me! LOL) they probably aren't too bad. Putting a lot of weight on the bar and doing that is best (in my humble opinion) of you've got a smith machine or doing a leg press that takes the weight off your back and you are less likely to hurt yourself should anything happen. I think traps in a side chest is a big plus! :)
Thanks, but all the encouragement you need can be found in the mirror. :) You're thick, massive, muscular, and proportional. If you ever have any doubts at all about succeeding just look in the mirror. Realizing how much you've achieved already, I'm hard pressed to come up with anything you can't achieve in the future :)
