I was the typical shy, awkward kid growing up and was picked on so when I left High School and entered College that ALL changed and I started working out and developed.
Why I Love It:
Working out keeps you looking good and keeps your body in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
Sometimes its hard to be motivated all the time. . but when I get to the gym it just kicks in. I read the fitness mags and see pics of other dudes that inspire me or I run into someone somewhere that looks great and that also inspires me to workout hard.
BB Accomplishments:
I have competed twice a few yrs ago.
Midwest Open - Chicago.
Junior Ohio.
Have also competed in fitness model competitions.
Superman Contest - Los Angeles
King of the Universe - Los Angeles
Hotlanta - Atlanta
Its all done in good fun. . and if you are lucky you come away with a trophy or some prizes.
Flat bench use to be much heavier.
315 was birdweight for reps.
Up to 365 for reps. was always strong.
Shoulder problem the last couple years.
Flat bench now at 225. .
Wish I could do 315 again but happy with 225 considering.

Thanks for the compliments and add..You got a solid build...Sucks about your shoulder prob...I had the same prob a few yrs back...I had to take it light for a while but im getting stronger now (finally)...
