How I Started:
First of all. . let me say that
I DID NOT GET THIS BODY BY WORKING OUT AT 'SNAP FITNESS'.
If you want to make real gains you need to join a real gym.
Growing up I was a shy, awkward kid. Coordination, motor skills, and confidence didnt some to me til later in High School.
I was always strong due to good genes. I started working out at the local YMCA. Since then Ive been in quite a few different gyms.
I got more and more into bodybuilding and training and started to put on size and strength. . . leading me to where I am today. . and maintaining what I have worked hard for.
Professionally Ive been involved with office support and management and have had some experience in gym management as well. As far as the gym goes. . Im a a pretty good marketing tool for whatever gym I happen to be going to at the time.
Why I Love It:
Working out keeps you
1) looking good
2) healthy
3) in shape.
4) builds confidence and self esteem.
I love the fact that others look up to you and, if you workout hard and look the part, they see you as a role model.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its hard to say motivated 100% of the time..
Helps to:
1) Really want it
2) Read fitness magazines
3) Talk to others into fitness
4) Keep lookin in the mirror . . because if you dont workout. .you start to lose it.
BB Accomplishments:
I have competed twice a few yrs ago.
Midwest Open - Chicago.
Junior Ohio.
Have also competed in a few fitness model competitions. . twice in LA and one in Atlanta. Its rewarding when you can bring home a trophy or prize.
I have helped personally train a number of celebrity clients when I lived in Hollywood.
Maxed out at 408 on bench few years ago. . 315 was birdweight. Now only 225 due to shoulder problems
Oh well. . it happens.

i usually hit incline and flat flys and every kind of bench flat incline and decline heavy 5 x 5 and cables.....my chest is starting to swole i think im working hard and hope it pays off! how have u been?
