How I Started:	My Cousin influenced me. I always had a slim build and never was really happy with my body so i decided to do something about it...With a few tips from my cousin Saint Bernard who is also a member of bodyspace i started seeing quick results.
Why I Love It:	It keeps you on track and focused. It teaches you the true value of hard work. I love how i feel when my workout is finished. It feels good to be in shape...
