My Motivation Program

I was always the scrawny kid growing up and I pull motivation from others around me. Sometimes I see somebody and strive to be more like them. Other times I see people and try to stay as far away from where they are physically as I possibly can. Being a Marine helps sometimes too, promotions are partly based on physical fitness level.

dirkeagles_old Thanks man! I actually just started doing these stretches specific to my lower back and they have made me feel drastically better, I never realized how inflexible I was. I also just started a new protein and I like it a lot better than the muscle milk. Feb 15, 2011 10:10pm
