DBIW created a new BodyBlog entry "Beast Up".
Well I decided to give a round of this new Body Beast workout a try as I sit here and limp around (on Friday) from my Tuesday leg workout. I could barely curl my left arm this morning from my Back/Bi workout yesterday as well. I'm going to rock out Shoulders today and I'm sure the burn will be just as good.
