How I Started:
I was always involved in sports through out high school; soccer, wrestling, etc. After high school I worked my way through college doing construction and saw my body transform drastically(for the good) so i began to work out as well and was in the best shape of my life. My eating habits were pretty horrible and soon the food and partying took over and i slipped for about six months but i've been hard at it for the past 3 months and my diet and lifestyle are better than ever!
Why I Love It:
There's always a sense of accomplishment after a workout. I feel refreshed and look forward to doing it again the next day. There's also the gratification of looking in the mirror and seeing the body you want to see.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at pictures of myself out of shape and remind myself that wasn't happy that way.
BB Accomplishments:
I would love to begin competing. I have a few milestones for my body to get over before i feel i'm ready to show what i've got.

Goal (Long):
I would ultimately like to compete. Right now i weigh 170 lbs at 5'-10". I would like to be atleast a lean 180-185 and see where i want to go from there weight wise. Any advice i can get would be appreciated. It's obvious there are some very dedicated and helpful individuals on here and i would love any criticism or praise as i progress.

I just added new progress pics and thread.pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that
I really have poor body image I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt
