End of Week 20
A friend of mine tagged me on this picture via Facebook taken late Nov 2008. I was about 255 lbs. I had gained more than 30+ lbs after 2 hard years plus my dad had just passed away. That is when I decided I needed to change.
I had two very difficult months so my training was so so. This is me at 225 lbs and 25.1% BF. Going back to training full force. This is not a sprint. It is a marathon. Still a long way to go but great advancement since I was at 255lbs.
