What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
I only take creatine when i'm getting ready for my competitions. And on a normal basis I take glutamine 30min before I workout.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
....I think about all the things in the world that just seem to disgust me. I think about, how i must do this or I will fail to protect my family....(failure is not an option). I think about my girlfriend Severina who means so much to me. And...I think about all the people who said that I was no good, or that I won't be anything. I've learned that if you have to be like everyone else just to fit in, then it's just not worth it.

What is the best type of protein for you?
Whey Protein
Why is this type of protein best?
Well, my way of gaining atleast 300g of protein a day is mainly from whey, tuna, milk, and whatever comes to mind that I think is good for me.
-Can't believe your physique isn't getting more attention on here. It is one of the best in the 16-year old category for sure. I'd have you in the TOP TEN overall on this site. Congrats.
I meant that I cut down my workouts to one muscle group per day. By doing that, I could really only go heavy for 1.5 or 2 hours. Then, instead of working it again in two days, I started giving the muscle group more rest(5 days)...cause that's when it grows. I just mean that I used to try to workout so frequently that I was tearing down more than I was building up.
wow dude, that's crazy...I used to do that, but I never grew till I cut back and just went heavy. You've obviosly gotten really ripped doing that, but your muscles are gonna have a REALLY hard time growing if you keep that up...are you on a split routine?
Yeah dude, I started lifting hard about two years ago and my workouts are usually somewhere between 1 to 2 hours. I work one muscle group per wokout and then wait 5-6 days to train that particular body part again.
Thanks for the advise bud, I used to take alot of more creatine than I do now. Hypershock really only has a very small amount of creatine in it...the reason it works is cause it's kre-alkaline and not monohydrate.
