OMG... the 40-yr-old blob. No idea of wt or BF% here, but both #s were significant, I think...
Most muscular pose. Arms and pecs looking bigger & better, IMHO.

Good grief... I was doing what I thought was good lifting around this time... yeah, right... look at the man boobs... or rather, don't look, ugh.

Aug 29, 2006
aaugh... Weight about 200/205, bf was probably 25%-30%.

Oct 23, 2007
Finally getting serious about lifting and diet. Weight 190, BF 23%, "the starting point."

Nov 25, 2007
After one month of sticking with "the program."

Dec 22, 2007
After two months... first I dared try this pose, though my stomach is still too big!

Jan 3, 2008
Side chest, January '08. Progress, I guess. BF% still rather high, but some definition in the arms beginning to come through.

Jan 19, 2008
Rear double bi... couldn't believe how much smaller my waist looks in this shot, though I am down 2" from where I started. Now to get the muscles growing!

Feb 23, 2008
Latest MM pic... I think there's hope! Wt. 177, BF 16%.

Mar 25, 2008
Week 22 progress pic. Wt. 174 lbs, 14% BF.

Apr 26, 2008
Attempt at a rear lat spread. Only started pullups in the last month or so.

May 24, 2008
Side chest 5-24-08. Bicep looking a little more defined, pecs too. Still too flabby around the middle.

Jun 27, 2008
Side chest one month later. Striations in delt are becoming visible... my BF% must really be coming down!

Jul 9, 2008
Side relaxed, with a view of my left tricep. Definition is showing a bit better with a tan.

Front double bi
Jul 26, 2008
Wt 172, BF% 12% (give 'er take)

Aug 23, 2008
Current MM pic. Wt 171.

Front Double Bi
Sep 14, 2008
Taken after a "rack run" bicep workout. There's hope...

Latest MM. Wt 170, BF% still holding around 12%.

Side Chest
Oct 19, 2008
One year progress point! Weight 170, waist 34.25". Arms and delts have definition and slowly gaining some size.

MM Nov 08
Nov 15, 2008
Current most muscular. Getting there, slowly but surely.

Dec 21, 2008
Front double bi 12-21-08. Wt. 167, BF% down a few mm, chart says it's about 10% now. Seems like I have too much belly fat for it to be 10%. Probably more like 12%.

Jan 24, 2009
Side quarter turn, sort of. Looking a lot more model-like than the last time I tried this a year ago! Wt. 168, waist 34", BF% about 12%.

Rear double bi
Feb 21, 2009
Rear double bi at 168 lbs, 12% BF. Lats looking larger, delts looking small.

Side Chest
Mar 28, 2009
Side chest, 3-28-09. Wt 168, BF% around 12%.

MM 05-09
May 25, 2009
MM 5-25-09. Wt still hanging at 168, BF still around 12%; definition looking better, though.

Front dbl bi
Jun 28, 2009
Front dbl bi 6-28-09. Wt and BF% still relatively unchanged, but guns and lats looking better, I think.

July 09 Prog
Jul 15, 2009
Side chest of sorts, holding a stack of 10-lb plates after a shoulder/chest/tris workout. Weight still 168, still too much BF around the middle, but progress is progress...

Side Chest
Aug 5, 2009
Weight up a bit at 170, but still celebrating International Chest Day, to borrow StressMonkey's term.

Front dbl bi progress
Aug 24, 2009
Bought a new T-shirt that shows off the guns pretty well, I think. Weight is still up a little, around 170-171, but maybe it's finally some muscle weight.

Relaxed Back with shirt
Sep 26, 2009
Relaxed back shot wearing a new shirt I got from a bb.com friend. Shows off the shoulders well, IMHO. Weight about 172.

Front relaxed
Oct 16, 2009
Two year progress point. Wt 172.

MM 11/09
Nov 28, 2009
Most muscular pose. Arms and pecs looking bigger & better, IMHO.
