I am finding that I need to do a muscle group twice in a week to get anywhere. That is where my chest success came from. Started doing it on the arms a month or so back, guess legs need to get in there, too.

Whatever you're doing, it looks like it is working! I can't complain here, trying to hit the legs a bit more... really sad that some guys on here have bigger arms than my legs!

Yeah, my motivation level is usually high. I am in the best shape and look the best that I have ever been, I am sticking with the w/o routines and doing OK minding the diet... what's not to be psyched about?! Still fighting the body fat and a bit plateaued in growth, but hey, it's still better than I was! Not all 40+ers can say that!

Nah, I couldn't hate you.. I can be jealous, though! As for my forearms, I guess I'm one of those who get decent forearms w/o doing anything for them other than hammer curls.

Not a great week going, training-wise. Been busy almost every night this week so missed legs tonight, and had to cut delts and bis a bit the other night. Bummed.
