i havnt blogged in a while, still working out 4 days a week, but no cardio for the last 3weeks, so starting Monday, i am hitting the cardio machines and cleaning diet up, i really want to reach my goal of 7 to 8% body fat.

The h1n1 does beat the crap out of you for sure! I can't wait to get us all healty so we can get back to the business of training and training HARD!! I hope you have a very Happy Thanksgiving :)
Good to hear your training is going good! My hubby and son are both down with the h1n1 so I've been busy taking care of them. I got it a few weeks ago, so I'm good! I think I'm going carve out some time for me tomorrow in the gym :) How's your week going
