I glad to hear training is going well... I know it can be frustating when gains are slow. That's what makes us push harder. . . My gains have been going really well another 15 lbs to go. Trying to hit 330 by end of dec. Than will start precontest in Jan. Got three shows planned for next year. Hoping to qualify for Nationals.
