My long term goal is to one day become an Amatuer Bodybuilder.For as long as I can remeber I have always been known as the ''skinny'' or ''skranny'' kid.In a way this is true because no matter what I eat I WOULDN'T gain any weight. But ever since i have got a weight set for christmas i have been working out to one day reach my goal.
universal animal pump is great shit animal pak is great and all bsn is good. muscletech is alright they add to much hype to their stuff and fizogen blitz cycle is awesome.
its just so damn frustrating haha, i weighted myself today after about 10 days and still am the same haha, and i thought ive eaten alot the last few days. oh well, i guess it takes time

I liked ON Whey and Muscle Milk when I had them. For a postworkout shake, Isopure Mass is really working well, it's got high GI carbs, plenty of protein, and tastes amazing. Never really been on creatine for long..just multivit's, protein at the right time, carnitine to help my fat loss now, and arginine before bed. Supps are cool, but just work hard and that's how you'll get big.
ya my mom doest dig the whole supplements idea but my dad was like way into it when he was younger so ill be like dad will you pick me up some protein and he came back with no2 and n30 and stuff lol im not big into creatine though i feel like it makes your muscles not as dense but i might be making that up haha
lol we all do man. u wont see a change over night and u look at ur body every day so its hard 2 see a change. jus take a pic of urelf every week or something. and also wat do u think of my lat pic?
i havn't been trying 2 get lean really i guess it jus comes. a couple words tho dont get frusterated if u dont reach ur goals at first all of these pros didn't wake up and look like that one day dude.
switching ur workout every week or so is good if ur trying to get stronger. but if u look at a pros routine they hardly switch up their routine because they are trying to get cut for a show.
im taking no2 and n30 right now which are working pretty good i think they have helped me lose a little body fat without losing muscle. and i was on n.o. explode which gave me crazy pumps but the caffeine made my heart beat like crazy. but i like no2. are you on nething?
