How I Started:
I STARTED BODYBUILDING/WORKING OUT,WHEN I WAS 18YRS OLD.I WORK OUT IN FERRIGNO'S GYM IN NEW YORK CITY WERE I USE TO LIVE.A FRIEND OF MIND,HIM AND HIS FATHER ASK ME IF I WANTED TO TRAIN WITH THEM.I WORK OUT FOR A YEAR STRAIGHT BEFORE I ENTER MY FIRST BODYBUILDING CONTEST, WHICH I PLACE THIRD OUT OF TWENTYFIVE PEOPLE.A COUPLE FO YEARS LATER I STARTED WORKING OUT WITH MY FRIEND FROM WORK,WHICH WAS GOOD BECAUSE WE GOT OFF THE SAME TIME.I THEN ENTER FOUR MORE CONTEST,WHICH I ALSO PLACE.I HAVE ENTER A BODYBUILDING CONTEST SINCE THEN.
Why I Love It:
I ALWAYS WAS IN TO SOME KIND OF EXERCISE&SPORTS,(BASEBALL,FOOTBALL,S OCCE R TEAM) SO FOR ME TO GET IN TO BODYBUILDING WAS EASY.I LOVE THE WAY I FEEL AFTER I WORK OUT.I HAVE SO MUCH ENERGY TO GET ME THOUGHT THE DAY.
How I Stay Motivated:
THE FIRST THING THAT MOTIVATES ME IS MY FAMILY,BECAUSE I WANT TO BE AROUND FOR THEM.I WORK OUT FOR MYSELF ASWELL AS FOR THEM,IT IS IMPORTANT TO STAY IN GOOD HEALTH.THE OTHER IS MY JOB I WORK AS A SHERIFF OFFICER IN THE JAIL,SO IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO STAY IN SHAPE.THE INMATES WORK OUT EVERYDAY IN THE JAIL ASWELL.

I started training again,because I didn't have a place to workout.I move for a beter future for me,and my family.I train now so I keep in good shape ,because of my job as a sheriff officer in a Detention Center.
The inmates in prison or jail system are training every day and get big. We as officers need to also try and get bigger/stronger,and also remain flexible to keep up with them.
I'm training with my super,super super set routine,trying remain flexible,also strong as well for Sept 08 so I can become a S.R.T. officer at in jail.
Goal (Long):
I would like to become a S.R.T officer(Special Response Team).This were we as a team go in an break up fights in the jail(dorms,cells).I also would like to reach a 180lbs in body weight.

I workout on chest in the this morning,and I did incline barbell presses first starting with a 100lbs to 85lbs to 95lbs back to back.Idid 5 sets 15 to 20 reps.Then flat barbell presses the same way,and decline the same wat as well. I'm getting a real good pump from doing this workout this way.

Hey I am doing great thank you for asking...I am going threw a mass building faze finally...I haven't done one in a while...and I have put on 30 lbs... (cheese and rice) I don't know how I did it but I did it...anywho...good gains though, I back lifting heavier than I ever have before...so im excited...what's been going on with you?

Hi Dave, Computers,Damn technology its a nightmare ha ha!!!!, Looks like your coming back really well with your size. Even after a long break you still have muscle memory and before you know it you,ll be as big as before as long as you put in the cals and the hard work. I d'ont envy your job by the way, pretty tough if you ask me, Keep in touch.
