How I Started:
I STARTED BODYBUILDING/WORKING OUT,WHEN I WAS 18YRS OLD.I WORK OUT IN FERRIGNO'S GYM IN NEW YORK CITY WERE I USE TO LIVE.A FRIEND OF MIND,HIM AND HIS FATHER ASK ME IF I WANTED TO TRAIN WITH THEM.I WORK OUT FOR A YEAR STRAIGHT BEFORE I ENTER MY FIRST BODYBUILDING CONTEST, WHICH I PLACE THIRD OUT OF TWENTYFIVE PEOPLE.A COUPLE FO YEARS LATER I STARTED WORKING OUT WITH MY FRIEND FROM WORK,WHICH WAS GOOD BECAUSE WE GOT OFF THE SAME TIME.I THEN ENTER FOUR MORE CONTEST,WHICH I ALSO PLACE.I HAVE ENTER A BODYBUILDING CONTEST SINCE THEN.
Why I Love It:
I ALWAYS WAS IN TO SOME KIND OF EXERCISE&SPORTS,(BASEBALL,FOOTBALL,SOCCER TEAM) SO FOR ME TO GET IN TO BODYBUILDING WAS EASY.I LOVE THE WAY I FEEL AFTER I WORK OUT.I HAVE SO MUCH ENERGY TO GET ME THOUGHT THE DAY.
How I Stay Motivated:
THE FIRST THING THAT MOTIVATES ME IS MY FAMILY,BECAUSE I WANT TO BE AROUND FOR THEM.I WORK OUT FOR MYSELF ASWELL AS FOR THEM,IT IS IMPORTANT TO STAY IN GOOD HEALTH.THE OTHER IS MY JOB I WORK AS A SHERIFF OFFICER IN THE JAIL,SO IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO STAY IN SHAPE.THE INMATES WORK OUT EVERYDAY IN THE JAIL ASWELL.

I started training again,because I didn't have a place to workout.I move for a beter future for me,and my family.I train now so I keep in good shape ,because of my job as a sheriff officer in a Detention Center.

I would like to be able one day compete again.I use compete before I got married and had kids.
jimif is a person that when talking to him on this web site he likes to help with any question that he can.I also think that it is awesome that he entered his first contest and won it.I also think that the body building world has not seen the best of jimif yet.I think that he will only improve more over the years so watch out body building world here comes jimif.CONGRATS jimif.He motivates me to stay on track with my training.
I workout on chest in the this morning,and I did incline barbell presses first starting with a 100lbs to 85lbs to 95lbs back to back.Idid 5 sets 15 to 20 reps.Then flat barbell presses the same way,and decline the same wat as well. I'm getting a real good pump from doing this workout this way.

I am back from IFBB SA’s. I got a controversial 3rd place. I don’t want to go in to the whole issue. The decision has been made and nothing can change it. No need for me to rumble on about the issue. I have uploaded photos and the top 3 comparisons under my progress pics. I also uploaded my posing routine under the video clips. I say the truth lies in the pictures.
