This was before Christmas and all, I was pretty cut and was at the end of my winter cycle. Not where I wanted to be strength-wise though. I was using BSN N.O. Xplode and Cellmass, but wasn't feeling like they were helping much.

I'm 2 weeks into my new routine and I'm absolutely loving it. I've coupled this 6 week program with a high calorie meal plan and new supps (Leukic, Creakic, Anabolic Halo, and NaNo Vapor). I already notice a fuller chest and lats.

My lats and chest are still progressing pretty well. I see a little improvement in my biceps as well. I'm neglecting my abs though, they're just an aesthetic bonus so I don't spend enough time on them, but I think I'll start.

Made grayscale to better show the shadowing of the vascularity. My left arm is pretty much going ballistic. Oddly enough, I don't even work my forearms directly.

This is the end of my bulking phase. I guess I'm pretty happy with it, I feel like I got good results from such a short routine. I'm on to cutting for a month or so to give the abs definition.

I can't tell if I'm making progress or not... I feel much bigger but looking at the same body everyday makes it hard to see change.
