How I Started:
I was always a little guy, and all my life I've wanted to change that. Being called skinny was just never a flattering thing to me, it feels emasculating. So I was into athletics in high school but once I got to college all I could do was focus on lifting, so here I am.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great, I get pumped up all day just thinking about the opportunity to lift. I just feel at home in the gym, it's an obsession but at least it's a healthy one.
How I Stay Motivated:
Paranoia/Obsessive Compulsiveness. I pretty much feel that if I skip one day of a routine my body deteriorates. So...
BB Accomplishments:
Jumping from 155 to 168 my freshman year of college, and in a healthy, muscular way.

Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I feed off the energy of other people. When alone or at home, I just don't feel the same when I'm working out. There needs to be an atmosphere of "gymness" where I lift.

I don't know why, but I always enjoy working arms. Everything else I can, on occasion, just not be in the mood for, but I can be down in the dumps one the day I do arms and still be jacked to do them.
