bodybuild2day I dont keep my calorie intake that high all the time, i have good days and bad days. I'm happy with 3300-3500 calories per day, some days i feel more hungry and i get an extra meal in to make it 4000. I have a very fast metabolism, i eat allot of high calorie meals, donairs, pizza, but i also eat alot of steak chicken and tuna. be creative, ike what you're eating and it helps when your a good cook.
