Joined LA Fitness..originally I was one of those chicks who just did cardio for fear of "bulking up" then I got an awesome FEMALE personal trainer who is also a bodybuilder and she educated me on eating right and adding resistance training to my program.
Why I Love It:
Destresses me, gives me energy, helps boost my confidence and I like getting noticed (in a positive manner) :-)
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading online articles at bodybuilding.com and in Muscle & Fitness hers..also admiring other women who have the physique that I desire keeps me motivated!!

i'm sorry to hear about ya gym but thats why train at home lol. don't be to proud of my weight loss yet. i only slimmed down so much cause i been sick and haven't really been able to train. i been in and out of tha hospatl. but it works in my faovr cause i'm finally healty again and i feel better than i have in a long time. i would love to hang sometime cause you really not that far. and we'll gonna go running once its nice out
of course i feel a lil neglected you went on vakay without me lol. we both need to get back on top of out trainingi been sick. and its so hard to train without you

I think you are well on your way to the physique that you want and that your goal of 20% by Feb is totally feasible! i admire you, this time of year is REALLY hard when it comes to cutting

I thought I was eating right, but when I read what some of the women on here who are fit eat, I realized I was eating too much in my "small meals". And I wasn't eating the right kind of foods to get the results I want. What shocked me was that when eating so much less, I still am not craving sweets because the extra protein and frequency of the meals + drinking all the water keeps you from being hungry...
Once you get into a system, it gets easier!

if u'v reached a 'sticking' point then u could try increasing the weight? changing up ur workout programme to 're-light' the motivation that u had to begin with, dont worry this happens to alot ov us, im goin through one now myself so im changing things up see what happens :) ill check out those pictures.
