Joined LA Fitness..originally I was one of those chicks who just did cardio for fear of "bulking up" then I got an awesome FEMALE personal trainer who is also a bodybuilder and she educated me on eating right and adding resistance training to my program.
Why I Love It:
Destresses me, gives me energy, helps boost my confidence and I like getting noticed (in a positive manner) :-)
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading online articles at bodybuilding.com and in Muscle & Fitness hers..also admiring other women who have the physique that I desire keeps me motivated!!

hey girl.... just noticed. u put 40 for ur thighs... girl your thighs are NOT 40 inches girl !!! measure about 6-7 inches above ur knee cap, around ur thigh there, and that'll be ur measurement :) looking good btw :)
lookin really trim, i'm liking the results, me your husband ansd you gotta get together and train one day, arms and abs need a lil work as do mine but you are really making progress
yea long time no chat, how is everything going, trainng is going awesome, diet is starting to come together and i can tell how my body starting to change, i just started to take amino acids, i plan to put up new pics end of september

for more core stability, use the fitball for more exercises such as
Bicep Curls
Lateral Raises.
Remember when sitting on the balls, to plant feet firmly on the ground, sitting comfortably. Keep your back straight, head up, and tummy tight (engage the abs) and perform high reps
E.g. 3 sets of 12 - 15 reps.

hey, try this exercises for core stability..
Using the fitball
1) Squats - Rest ball against the wall on the lower part ov the spine, keep back straight, tummy tight and knees slightly bent. When u squat make sure the knees dont go past ur feet. Hold dumbells down at ur side (comfortable weights not to heavy)
3 Sets of 12 - 15 reps
