This photo was taken a month and a half after I moved. My stomach was relatively flat before this photo was taken.
I only updated because I want to see the change once I'm done with the 21 day, diet.
I was shocked that after having all of that junk food, I gained no more than 1/2 a pound from this 4 day trip.

I want to at least get back to the 32 inch waist that I was at before I moved.
But, one day I woke up so full of energy I decided to just get up and work out, again.
I was suprised that I could run/walk 2 miles, but that was not enough to do 2009's run. So, I would really like to do the winter 2010 one.
The rest you're just going to have to ask me about. I really must be practicing zombie killing and a sleeper hold. (Sleeper hold ISN'T for zombie killing. It's for "recreational use" [only]???)

It only annoys me when it's really fast and they do it for about an hr.
