What I mean is that either the mind or the spirit gives up first, therefore you must use the brain to equalize them.

After the 12 weeks, these are my results. I'm starting to think that I warmed up 3 minutes, during week 1 versus me doing a 5 minute warm up today: Squat Jumps 37 vs 46 Push Ups 24 vs 23 Burpees 9 vs 10 High Knees 116 vs 102 Tuck Jumps 43 vs 27 Sit Ups 17 vs 15 I was so tired, that it was hard to write the reps AND start the next set on time. ...Week 6? Week 1 of diet change
Posted in Status : Feb 28, 2012 6:09pmChanged up my diet. Expected result would've either been initially weight gain or rapid weight loss. It's been weight gain, so far. (But, it could also be that I stopped working out and made a major food change.)
I've been sleeping a lot now, so that's impacting my water intake. (I need to keep that high for detox.) I'm starting detox pills tomorrow. I will also be able to start working out, again. (No weights, though.) I can't wait for week 3 because I'll be able to add oats back into my diet, if I'd like to.

...Some unexpected news during week 2
Posted in Status : Feb 10, 2012 4:50pmRight now is ending of week 3. I was suppose to become stricter with my diet during the middle of week 5. I was suspicious about a certain thing and found out (during week 2) that I have a certain allergy. Which means my minor change might become a life long change. (Or should become a life long change.)
I feel bad for becoming a bit lax on my diet now. But, I decided it's better to do this now, while studying up what to take out of my diet, that way I won't have cravings for those things, once I get those things out of my system. (And,
