A buddy gave me a free week pass, I traded it in for a membership. I used to lift in my room with water jugs and said I would never join a gym.... I wasted some good years. Now, I cant live without the gym for 3 days.
Why I Love It:
It's a great feeling to stay in shape and great to notice resuts.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at the older people working out and think about the future.. I dont want to be forced to work out when I'm older for health reasons. I think, if that 65 y/o can be at the gym at 5 am, why cant I make it.... no excuses!
BB Accomplishments:
I've set goals in the past but I really just fluctuate during the winter and summer. Depends on the time of year. I like to eat for gains in the winter and shred up in the spring.

Goal (Long):
I want to be able to have definition in my abs and stay leaned out at around 200 - 210 lbs
I usually work out 4-5 days a week. I train 4 days Mon-Thur, Sat, and take Fri, Sun off. (my energy is drained by Friday).
I do a split HIT training with Chest/Back on Mon, Arms/Abs on Tue, Cardio on Wed, Shld/Legs on Thur and cardio on Sat.
I usually do 45 mins of cardio post...
Hey brotha. Thanks for the add and the compliment. Sorry it took so long to get back to you, been a little busy. As for the Syntha 6. I believe it's a great protein. Started using it and haven't looked back. It has a solid ingredient profile and IMO *THE* best protein i've ever had. I personally like the vanilla/strawberry flavors the best. Give it a try, it can't hurt :)
Very welcome and also thanks for the add. Should have started by saying congrats there DAD and hopefully disrupted sleeping patterns won't affect too much the training. U seem very determined to get back to it and certainly can in a very short time give yourself quite the impressive physique. Andre
