Week-1 Monday July 2nd - Saturday 7th
My workouts for the next 5 weeks are mostly low weight(to work on my form) and lots of cardio (..i miss my stamna...)It's a 6 days a week and twice a day with sundays off
Morning Abs-cardio
Elpical 20min Inc.3-4
Abs- 5x20
Elpical 20min Inc.3-4
Afternoon Work-cardio
Warm-up 2 or 3x10
Pyramid sets 4x12-10-8-6
Cardio- Either laps in the pool or Row machine 30mins
GOAL FOR THE WEEK-get sore and use to going to the gym agian.Rise my stamna and work on my FORM as always(its a must)
Week-2 Monday 9th - saturday 14th
My cardio goes up 5 mins and my sets went up as well.

But this week didn't quit go as i plained at all.My right side is real tight mostly in my upper back/neck.Could be the way i sleep(tosing and turning).But truthly i don't even know how i hurt the WHOLE right side(only the right side).It's like i got nerve damage or something.So i'm going to take off a couple of days....again...and then start up with just cardio.Then bodyweight workouts(pull-ups,push-ups,dips)and then lifting so about sometime next week I'll feel better.

Cardio up another 5min(30min)and my reps as well.

So far so good though first day in the week.I really feel like going heavier by around 10-25Lbs on alot of exercises.But we'll see how it turns out because im already burning ALOT of calories so even though i feel as if i can,I dont wanna fall short of my set goals of reps x sets.FORM B4 WEIGHT!Besides I'm up to 4x12-10-10-8 so thats alot of reps anyways. |
