5000 pull-ups thats a great challege for to try! I ca't wait to see of you got that done.All though im ot ready for that kind of challege.i'm probably some where i the 8-12 pull-ups for 3-4 sets.Never been a strong point for me.But i will keep that in the back of my mind,5000!

I really dont know how many yards that is.But it aint nothing to what i used to do 35-50laps with anywhere from 12-18 in a row.But i've been out for 3 months hurt so i'm WAY out of shape.I've gaied like 18-22lbs.i was 196 CUT UP!! but now....Keep up with my profile and you'll see what i mean.

yeah i used to swim 35-50 laps though and thats with 5.5-11 miles of running aswell.I did cross coutry as well i high school but it really kicked off whe i turned 19 and was out from any training for about 2 years.So 20 laps aint shit if you dont do it 20 in a row.NICE BACK!! your really cut but start hiting your upper neck with upright rows and shrugs.And keep up with my profile you'll see i know what i'm saying.I've been out for 3 months so i'm WAY out of shape.

Wuz-up Man!! 221 thats 6Lbs so far and only on week 2! but my right side is getting tight so I might take off next week for 4days and then do 2days of body weight(pull-ups= reverse/wide/even,Dips,Push-ups=Incine,regular and MADDOGG's!!)Plus I'll hit that cardio twice a day.I got 16 laps done today in the pool!****'n ALSOME! It felt so good.....YOU BETTER WATCH OUT.... THE OLD ME? **** HIM! I'M GOING BE BETTER THAN YOU AND HIM! TRUE PoeFoeMaTiC is coming YOUR WAY BUDDY!!

First TIME! you need to learn that and live by it.Even steriod users have deal with it.It takes time and training to the point where you say "**** it i dont even want to get out of bed..." but then you remember that feeling and get up anyways ready to hit the weights all over again!! I LOVE IT! other than that how do you workout? whats your program? how often do you switch it up?How much cardio are you doing?

If you been there long enough then you should swich up your traing maybe 3x6-8reps with a burn-out after each 3rd set and pause at the end of the negative for about 3-5sec befoe going on to the positive IT BURNS!!

my back and well my right sade from my neck to my back to my back-upper-quad to my calf..i think it was nerver damage IT SUCK!!! COULD NOT DO ANYTHING!! NOTHING!! i felt so shity

Hey man losing fat always a good thing but dont make it your only goal unless you wanna be a mathon runner. You'll need to gain muscle to lose most of the fat you want trust me after a long time of trial and error it's the only way to go! I can give you a work out plan if for your body type if you want just let me know!
