wow..been w while since ive been on here, well i started back in 2006. My parents got me a membership at a lifetime fitness, so i'd have a place to run instead in the streets.Quickly fell in love with a healty lifestyle, then like most young love i lost my first love so working out became an escape from when i became lonely.Now lol im a personal trainer and manager of a local Nutrition Depot with my own studio inside the store.
Why I Love It:
It really is all about the PUMP!!! im so addicted to the muscle pain i get from a hard work out.

Goal (Long):
I want a career in this sport.Bodybuilder, fitness model, personal trainer any type of work I can get in this feild. I LOVE IT!!! My girl hates it,well hates the time i spen in the gym 1-3 hours a day, 4-6 Days a week, 52 weeks a year, FOR THE REST OF MY NATURAL LIFE AND THEN SOME!! I WILL compete one day as well before I am 25 if god allows me because no one else will stop me.But as for that note, I need alot of improvement and LOTS more knowledge is a must because i got the "EAT MEAT!! LIFT HEAVY!! SLEEP!! REPEAT!!" dowm packed.

been hitting the weights and cardio just got over a 3 day flu skipped yesterday did my best today got train my freind today at 6:30pm and yeah ust tryn to keep up with people

Man I want to do that many laps lol I had just started to swim last year and all I could do is a 150 yd. at my best on freestyle...never tried 150 on the breaststroke but yeah i will be watching man
i wanna get back to lifting heavy again to, ima make sure you dont catch me, your the reason I stay motivated but you know I love you though, just cant let you be bigger than me, I still go some work to do tho

Ha! I wish I could man. I blew out my neck capsule in a car accident. That means there is no chance in hell for me to do anything less than 12-15 reps. Anymore weight that and and it causes real problems in my neck and back. I have to go real slow and gentle. Gaining muscle and weight is secondary for now. Once my neck is healed I can go balls to the wall. It's going to be a while before I can do that however.
