I used to be around 200 lbs and almost all muscle, started work after college and have really fell off...Its time to get back on!!
Goal (Long):
I want to not only maximize my workouts with the small amount of time I have but also get the most out of them. I used to have a very defined 6 pack, now not so much.
-Start Cardio again (especially sprints)
-Stay steady with my workout schedule and realistic
-incorporate more leg workouts especially ones with multiple benefits.
-gain 10 lbs of muscle before Jan.1,2008
-Box
Overall Goal lose weight and ultimately be active.
Barbell curls with the addition of a resistance band.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Skull Crushers with an olympic bar, makes you balance the weight and lift it.

What calf workout has worked best for you?
Calf raises with knees slightly bent. It is known to strengthen the calves faster and the top part of the tibea that connects to the knee cap, acl, etc
