Got Serious in Feb. 2008. Just got tired of seeing what I saw in the mirror and not wanting to take my shirt off in public, so I decided to commit and do something about it.
Why I Love It:
I love challenges and pushing my self to do my best. I love being sore the next day, it lets me know I worked hard.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just seeing other guys that are where they want ot be physically and the way their body's look keeps me wanting to lift. And just setting my self goals. Also staying on my.bodybuilding.com all the time...lol
