heyy dude,,i mainly just doo incline press with dumbells and incline flys..not much more
and for legs do one heavy squat and leg extension and then one light and then one with good form with medium weight..with cardio more and more now

heyy dude for me traps were by far the easiest muscle to get huge !!! all i did was heay shruggs with like 2 - 3 plate on each side.. use a bar and also the shrugg cage..thatsabout it tho..any thing else you wanna know ?
