Had some free time and fell in love with body building.
Why I Love It:
Its just the pump and rush you get during your workout. Knowing that each time you hit the gym, you are improving your body and self.
How I Stay Motivated:
Easy! Just look in the mirror and old pics of what i was a year ago.
