Experimented with dumbells when I was about 12. Once I began high school football, I got really into the lifting program for the football team.

Not the season we expected. 2-9. At least we beat our rivals on the thanksgiving game. My thumb is better, but my other one is now unstable because I sprained it during the middle of the season. It's all good. And the off season begins...

Hahah thats good. We do alot of conditioning too. It's not early morning though. We start at 5 and have an hour of lifting, an hour of conditioning, and an hour of plays.
