Personal Pride. I also have a lot of determination to compete. I also get motivated by people that are slighty above my level and I feel like I can catch them.

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
I make sure I have a meal about an hour before I hit the gym. Nothing special. Lean protein, green veggies, and fat. What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
Creatine, Amino's, and electrolytes. Muscles are starving after a hard workout. Gotta feed'em. For the time being I'm very careful not to spike my insulin so my post workout meal always has the above supplement shake (no carbs), protein, green veggies, and fatCreatine, Amino's, and electrolytes. What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I never do the same workout twice in a row. I rarely do the same exact workout twice in a month. I love to switch things up and try to find a more intense pump. I live for the pump. I guess you can all me a pump junkie (no homo). One week might be high reps the other might be giant sets. One...
Since you're contest is not till November, I would count 16 weeks back from that Date, That's when "I" would start my contest dieting! Until then I would throw in 2 to 3 cheat meals a week, nothing to bad, just enough to satisfy!
