What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
I make sure I have a meal about an hour before I hit the gym. Nothing special. Lean protein, green veggies, and fat. I'll have my supplement shake (creatine, NO2, and amino's) about 20 min before I wo...more

Creatine, Amino's, and electrolytes. Muscles are starving after a hard workout. Gotta feed'em. For the time being I'm very careful not to spike my insulin so my post workout meal always has the above ...more

Well, ok. I don't have it that bad where I'm always sizing people up in the gym ... except for those times when someone just light years ahead of me comes in from out of nowhere. Then well, I get a little cocky and ready to go at it. i'm not crazy though.
