Mar, 2007
How I Started:
Watched 300.. enough said if you live in America and are used to seeing what I see every day.
Why I Love It:
If I only had to study for an hour or two a day and got results like I do from working out for an hour or two each day, I'd be working for NASA.
How I Stay Motivated:
Used to be a stick figure, now I am constantly being accused of being on steroids even though I'm still not very big(I'm in college where most live off pizza and beer), I used to be offended that people would rather think that but I finally am to the point where I have to take it as a compliment.
BB Accomplishments:
Went from lean 150lbs to semi-lean 180lbs in my first 3 years of college while most people went from lean or semi-lean to obese. Not major to most but a major accomplishment to me.

I went from being really skinny my whole life to a little on the chunky side after a year of college. I started lifting just to keep myself from really getting overweight, then I started lifting religiously. Ever since then I've been getting a little bigger and a little stronger each week. Once I reach my peak I want to start taking supplements to see how much I can surpass my natural limits and hopefully compete at least one time just to see what I'm really capable of.

During the summer I work full time so I just hit the gym 5 nights a week. But my weekends are still active; tennis, rafting, hiking, mountain biking. Other than those random activities I don't really have a specific cardio workout other than hitting the heavy bag almost every night(Bas Rutten...
