Hey You, thanks for checking in! Things are going really well with me. I just started seeing a personal trainer not too long ago, completely altered my way of eating and am on my way to dropping the last 20 pounds or so. Since I started seeing the trainer a month ago I've lost 6 pounds-so a total of 25 pounds all together. How are you doing?

Thanks so much for stopping by! Things are going pretty well as far as dropping the pounds; however, still trying to cut out those little cheats I have here and there.

Things are going really great! Still seeing quite a bit of progress as far as changes in my body, but the big thing I'm trying to work on is eating as clean as possible without those little cheats here and there. I wanted to ask you about the Sesamin supplements you're taking? How are they working for you?

Hey You! Things are moving along quite nicely in terms of weight loss. The only thing I need to work on are the weekend cheats. There seems to be so much happening by the way of events each weekend that it's hard to not get tempted...If you have any advice it will greatly be appreciated!

Thanks for responding back to me. Honestly, I've never been so inspired in my life to get in shape. If a woman such as yourself can look like that after two kids, then a woman like me, with only one could do it-easily! I know you provided a general response to the questions you've been asked on a regular, but I would really like to get in on your typical training routine and diet regimen-samples would be greatly appreciated!
