Overall Goal: I have many short-term goals and they include incorporating more water into my diet, eating more fruits and vegetables, and working out 5 days/week.
Fit Status:
Trying out Apple Cider vinegar as a natural supplement. Seems to be working!
I've always been the active type as far back as I can remember. I played many different kinds of sports growing up, from basketball, to volleyball, soccer, and track & field. Working out is something that has always come naturally to me, particularly when trying to lose weight, tone up, or stay in shape.
I'm back at watching my diet and keeping active again for 2009 after giving birth to my daughter in September of last year and gaining a whopping 30 pounds. With hard-work, dedication, and patience I plan to lose the weight and do away with it once and for all.

I stay motivated by constantly reading and informing myself on anything that has to do with exercise and nutrition...this helps me stay on track with my goals.
BB Accomplishments:
None as of yet, but I have big plans as far as fitness accomplishments go.
Fitgirl15's body is absolutely insane! One of the most beautiful and sculpted physiques I have ever seen in my life!!! I will do anything to get a body like hers!!!

What is your cardio exercise plan?
Cardio 5x/week and strength training 2x/week. Because I'm currently not going to the gym I am doing mostly fitness DVD's as a part of cardio; these include Tae Bo, Results: Fitness, Turbo Jam, Ripped and Gaiam cardio sculpt.Cardio 5x/week and strength training 2x/week. What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.

As of late, I've been getting quite a bit of questions on what my work-outs are like and what they consist of, so I thought I'd share as much detail as I can for all of those curious minds.
To date, I'm currently working out 5x/week incorporating a combination of cardio and strength training....

Thank you. Yes I have competed once already in May. I will try to take the stage again in the spring. Difficult times with work right now to dedicate the time it takes to train and diet properly. So I'm trying to gain right now (muscle) which is very hard to do the right way. :)
I am doing better. Had some personal issues but now I am clear as to what I need to do. My workouts suffered because I lost most of my motivation but I am slowly coming back. Forget about me, I am so proud of you in your efforts to meet your weight loss goals. Just think, when it is all said and done, you will be healthier and feeling better. If you do not know, you will always have my support and I will always push you until your goals are met. Congrats on your efforts.

wow, that sounds good, yes it is hard eatin the same thing over & over, but its all worth it. wait til you compete.... then you really are gonna hate it :)
