I started working out on and off during high school. I never had a weight problem until after I graduated. I've put on 20lbs since then and feel just horrible about it so I decided it was time to do something. I've started working out and eating clean consistently just this month so I guess we will have to wait and see what kind of progress I will make!
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel good about myself. Although I haven't seen major changes in my body, just knowing that im doing something about it already makes me feel a lot better about myself. I want my confidence back and I AM going to get it!
Well I finally had a decent workout. For awhile I was doing so good and noticing changes but when I allowed myself to cheat a little it all started going downhill from there. I’m trying really hard to get back to eating right and consistently working out. I don't think that I have a ton of...
*screams* Hi.lol.I did really really good I am so proud of myself! I did have yesterday that I ate what ever I wanted and it was cool but for some reason I could not wait till today to get back on tract, so dont know what that was all about. A lot of people say that a month is not a lot to see anything, and I would have to say I diagree a little. Dont know if it's in my head or really is happening but my body is really starting to look great!
Good luck on the May 1st goal! Are you still sick of eating tuna? I can no longer even stand to walk down the store aisle where they sell the packets and cans, but found an alternative. BTW, Nice smile:)
Ha, I had the same trail as well. I searched the site 4-ever to find something. But I sometimes work late and I get the urge to eat something late. All I read is eat stuff with protein but to be honest I dont want protein. Dont know that is something I will be working on as well...not eating a snack late at night. I stop or try to stop eating around 6 or 7 still hard though. But if you go after something so let it be all sugar you will regret it AFTER you eat it. It makes a sad day!
Hey you!!!!!! ^-^ I did very good. Believe it or not all week I have done great! My work out was great though I took today off from everything, I am so sore..even in places I thought did not exist hahaha!!! I still have ?ions about some stuff but I have lots of time to learn. How did you do? I hope good...remember we have to do this together..........
