I do squat using my own body weight. I'm charging my weight training routines. you will see a big different in my legs.

The shin around the abs are very loose & stretchmarks what I realize between eating the right foods help the marks some what exercises to tighten the abs I've a way to go.

The marks a round my glutes and quadriceps as I do more squats and legs exercises they become more unnoticeable.
