"Well" I got a professional body builder to train me who also compete and came in 3 place and the rest is History.

I fell in love with it. It my passion I love weigth lifting I workout 4 times a week.

Good evening. I am doing fine. See you had a nice weekend. Mine was not bad. My friend came down from Albany. Did some shopping and went to a club in Brooklyn. Still manage to get my cardio in in Sunday and weight training on Saturday ;)
Thank you. I cut the carbs to get my weight down more and girl, I can eat a tree truck right now.;0) but I'm looking for some serious results. We'll see.
I'm doing pretty good, I'm running a lot more and trying to change up the workouts. Trying to enjoy the summer, but work won't let me. Other than that just day by day. How's the workouts, seem like they are working for you.
