Why I Love It: I fell in love with it. It my passion I love weigth lifting I workout 4 times a week.

Good luck on getting to that competition goal. I'm doing okay right now - just in a little funk - I'll pull out of it soon, especially if I take new pictures and see that I am still progress - even if the scale doesn't say so :)- Keep it up!

Hey Cyn, I am doing fantastic right now. I just returned from the gym and had a great shoulder and back workout with 30 min of interval training on the eliptical. I think I want to give it 2 more good weeks before I post new pics
