Background
I got started after highschool when I joined the Army. I enjoyed the physical training. When I was stationed in Germany we had to run that country side full of hills, mountains and valleys. I started working out in the gym to strengthen my legs and core to prevent strains on those runs. Soon after I lived in the gym. It was like my second home.
It gives me stress release as well as it makes my body healthier and stronger.

Posted in General : Mar 23, 2011 8:58pmIt has oficially come to the end of the challenge. I was truly inspired to change my body for the better. I could not believe that I had gained an extra 20 lbs in 2010. This challenge motivated me to work hard and be proud of my accomplishments. I worked 2 body parts each day and rested 2 days in which I only did cardio. I did a different type of cardio daily at the beginning of my workouts. My supplements included, BCAA, CLA, ON whey protein and vitamins. I incorporated Oxy-elite for its maximum burn and energy. I ate clean daily with such foods as oatmeal, egg whites, tuna, chicken breast
