KamYee It's about the right combination of food (like the saying goes abs are made in kitchen) and routines. When you are on cardio, assure you reach the needed pulse to kick it the "turbo" to burn fat but at the same time you gotta "lock" your existing muscles :) Jun 4, 2013 11:39pm

abudabi48 To bring my legs up to the rest of my body, I have to go heavy on legs twice a week. To save my back, I do leg presses with lots of sets. Up to ten sets wit about 6-8 reps per set. Feb 25, 2013 4:24pm
