Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

I got started after highschool when I joined the Army. I enjoyed the physical training. When I was stationed in Germany we had to run that country side full of hills, mountains and valleys. I started working out in the gym to strengthen my legs and core to prevent strains on those runs. Soon after I lived in the gym. It was like my second home.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It gives me stress release as well as it makes my body healthier and stronger.

TRAINING

I have had some killer workouts especially my legs. I am really sore but I am trying to get more definition and cuts. It is kinda hard at my age so I have stepped up my A-game and I am beginning to see progress. I got some crazy stares in the gym today because I was showing the weights no mercy. I tend to stay focused on my reps and my executions to not cheat myself. Although its hard to climb the stairs tonight, I am so proud of myself for shining in Golds Gym these last few days.

End of Challenge

It has oficially come to the end of the challenge. I was truly inspired to change my body for the better. I could not believe that I had gained an extra 20 lbs in 2010. This challenge motivated me to work hard and be proud of my accomplishments. I worked 2 body parts each day and rested 2 days in which I only did cardio. I did a different type of cardio daily at the beginning of my workouts. My supplements included, BCAA, CLA, ON whey protein and vitamins. I incorporated Oxy-elite for its maximum burn and energy. I ate clean daily with such foods as oatmeal, egg whites, tuna, chicken breast

I did a good total body workout this morning. It is my last week and I am happy and sad at the same time. It has been a wonderful ride because I was motivated to do something about my body appearance. Thanks everyone for your love and support.

abudabi48 Hi. Glad I could make your day with my comments. My body is out of portion also. My legs usually gets more developed than my upper body when it comes to size. I don't go heavy on legs on. ekaczmar Hey, I am taking 0.25mg first thing in the am then another 0.25mg right before my workout at noon. I have noticed having a little more energy and suppressed appetite. That's all nothing else. However, I would just not take it past 3pm to avoid having any sleep issued. Try 1 pill early in the day and see how u feel. Apr 30, 2012 7:09am
