got my bench up a little higher working on getting 315 kinda low but its my goal , i managed 275 3 reps today personal high , i went back to doing what i used to do for my squat it may seem little odd but for the 3 big lifts i do 7 sets total and only doing 3 reps a set im gonna start doing...
See! Yea, diet helps quite a but. I can honestly tell people,. You can work out 6 hrs a day, or have the fatest metabolish ever, but if you dont eat healthy all the time, you wont look your best. Sad, but true. Glad things are going well!
U R right of course. No use trying to enter if not totally prepared physically and mentally for it. Your plan sounds very good to attend and see what happens and is demanded and have change to chat with other lifters and judges. Plenty of other comps for you later on to enter and win. Andre

Not a big noticeable change yet but then your weight stats shows an up and down first 2 weeks in Dec. HOWEVER still showing a powerful back and arms and thick traps. Stay motivated and healthy and it will all come together. Andre
