How I Started:
I've always pumped a little iron. I met an athletic girl a while back and her mom was a marathon runner. They bought me a membership to a hole-in-the-wall place called Wynmore. I've been building, reading, & learning since then.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of the PUMP, how my body changes when gaining muscle, how much stronger you can get, the reaction of people who don't understand bodybuilding. I like being a cut-of-sort and not just some 'average joe'.
How I Stay Motivated:
Listen to some great music. Think about my next workout all day. I'm a self-motivating person. When I am told I can't do something or I'm not as good as such and such that gives me that much more of a push towards my goals. I will prove you wrong.
BB Accomplishments:
Passed the 200lb mark. = ) Bringing my legs up! = )

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
1-2mins. Rest anymore and you mite as well just go home and sit on the "lazyboy". haha

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
6-12. Well doing 6 reps gives you strength and major hypertrophy. 8-12 reps is more about building the muscle and adding definition.
