How I Started:
My husband and I wanted to start going to a gym, so I researched the internet and found a local Gold's. We have been shopping here for years and years, but I just started using these features.
Why I Love It:
I love Bodybuilding.com, because I always find what I need and it is shipped to me super fast. There are lots of ways to search and do research on the site. This BodySpace is a huge bonus! My husband and I have always found ALL the sups we need or want here.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my progress and knowing I can always do better. I enjoy proving I have dedication and the ability to work hard and achieve my goals.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost major inches and gained a lot of muscle. I have great muscle tone in most places.

Goal (Long):
I want to have enough energy to play with my son. I want to look at my body and say wow! I want fantastic muscle tone. I want to be able to run and climb stairs for extensive amounts of time and not tire. I want to be healthy and excape health issues that run in my family. I want to feel sexy. Of course, my husband does say I am already there. I want to make a lifestyle change. I am naturally an athlete and I want to return to that. Stomach! Go away! I plan on attending the gym at least 3 times a week and gettig down to 22 percent body fat and about 145 pounds. I would like to be smaller, but my muscles will not allow that. I can reach my goals in less than 18, but I appreciate that huge window. I will eat most of what I want and still lose weight and become fit.
You are the most dedicated fitness buff I know! I wish I loved working out as much as you do. You make me want to work harder. You are a trainer now, but you have been my trainer for the past 10 years. I love you!
